Welcome to the ECMS website. Two viewing options are availalbe, either as a ECMS Guest or Administrator.<br /><br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ECMS GUEST:</strong></span><br />
Limited functionality is available to the ECMS guest. The homepage will provide this guest with an overview of the ECMS objectives and includes a high level view of recent Enforcement actions that have taken place across all sectors and provinces.<br /><br />
As a guest, you will also be permitted to access the SPATIAL VIEWER.<br /> This option will redirect the user to GME website, where the user can browse several water services related data themes.<br />
These include, Demography, Access to Basic Services (Water/Sanitation), WS Infrastructure, Water Resources and WS Programmes to mention but a few. Full spatial (Google Earth) functionality is available.<br /><br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ECMS ADMINISTRATOR:</strong></span><br />
To view details of Enforcement actions and/or to register new enforcement cases, or work on existing enforcement cases, you will require administrative access and permissions.<br />
The logged in administrator, dependent on the permissions assigned will be permitted to:<br />
<strong>* Register New Users and assign permissions (Head Office Administrator only)<br />
* Register New Enforcement cases<br />
* Assign cases to the relevant Case Manager<br />
* Create and assign Tasks within a Case to relevant officials<br />
* View Reports</strong> |
